Welcome! I am honored to become a part of the Kelsey L. Pharr Elementary School community as your assistant principal. At Kelsey L. Pharr we will be working diligently to ensure all our students are provided an optimal learning environment in which they feel safe. It is our mission to ensure all of our students strive academically and socially.
